Peggy Roe is an EVP and the chief customer officer for Marriott International, where she drives the global consumer strategy, which includes brand, marketing, experience design, and innovation across more than 30 brands and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
Previously at Marriott, Ms. Roe built the organization's data strategy and operations, developed the customer experience design framework, and served as the chief sales and marketing officer in Asia Pacific.
Ms. Roe is a University of Michigan graduate with an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
