His gray beard, which he proudly wears, tells the story of his extensive career, one that includes witnessing the birth of Coachella and playing a major role in launching the first integrated marketing programs at Coachella and other iconic events such as Sundance, SXSW, Winter Music Conference, and Lollapalooza.
Junior is known for his playful and creative approach to brand strategy, often joking that he spends most of his days "wrangling cats" (both literally and figuratively), giving his fingers a workout instead of his body, and daydreaming about new ways to market acne positivity and inclusive skincare while educating the consumer on acne safe skincare.
