Susan G. McMullen

In her role as Vice President at Data Axle Nonprofit, Susan McMullen is responsible for leading her team’s direct marketing efforts for several large national nonprofits including Disabled American Veterans and Boys Town, among many others. These efforts include multichannel strategies focused on new donor acquisition and lapsed donor reactivation strategies in addition to donor cultivation and retention campaigns.  Susan, who has over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, is noted for her thorough research of each client’s history and deep understanding of ongoing initiatives in order to ensure optimal strategic direction. 
 
In addition to her current clients, Susan’s nonprofit client experience includes St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, St. Joseph’s Indian School, Food for the Poor, National Foundation for Cancer Research, MD Anderson Cancer Center, American Foundation for the Blind, and Sacred Heart League, among others.
Susan began her fundraising career over 25 years ago raising money with the Alan Guttmacher Institute.  She is an active member of the ANA and the DMFA, and has served on the Planning Committees for the ANA Chicago and ANA Washington DC Non Profit Conferences.
