Brandon Knight is the global head of ZCX channel and ecosystem at Zoom, where he leads the go-to-market and partner enablement practice for indirect sellers of Zoom CX products. He's also the co-founder of Xposure, where he's leading efforts to bring diversity, inclusion, and equity into the technology industry.
Previously, Mr. Knight led customer experience practices at Telarus and Intelisys. He has more than three decades of experience running contact centers, consulting for contact centers, and leading contact center practices.
