Paul DeSousa (he/him) is the Vice President of Talent Strategy, Learning and Development for Ulta Beauty and he serves as the executive sponsor for the ULTA PROUD Business Resource Group. Paul is responsible for all talent programs and processes, employee engagement, leadership development and store team training for over 55,000 associates. The team is focused on transforming and modernizing talent processes and maximizing associate performance. Paul has been with Ulta Beauty for 17 years, serving in roles across Human Resources, Merchandising and Field Operations. Paul also serves on the Board of Directors for Equality Illinois.
