Joanne Davis founded Joanne Davis Consulting in 2000 and became a partner in SCAN International in 2006 and is currently Co-CEO. The firm specializes in agency models – internal and external, agency search/selection, agency compensation and client/agency optimization and training.
Her book, “How to Get Your Agency to Run Through Brick Walls – without paying more” was published by Internationalist Press in 2004.
A well-known speaker, Joanne has spoken in numerous markets for groups including: the ANA, 4As, Festival of Media in Venice, the IAA in Moscow and St. Petersburg. She joined the faculty of ANA in 2004. Joanne is also the author of several best-selling books including "Agency Audits,” "Optimization Client Agency Relations” and "A Marketer’s Guide to Conducting an Agency Search."
Earlier she was acting CMO for the U.S. Department of Defense and started her career on the agency-side.
She’s on the advisory board of The Internationalist and The Three Tomatoes.
