Alex Craddock is the managing director and chief marketing and content officer at Citi, where he leads client, segment, and product marketing as well as brand, sponsorships, client events, and the global insights function.
Previously, Mr. Craddock was the global CMO of BlackRock, developing and executing a global marketing strategy to accelerate the firm's commercial growth and strengthen client preference for the BlackRock, iShares, and Aladdin brands. He was also the global CMO of iShares, led global marketing for the PC and mobile device business at HP Inc., spent more than a decade in various executive marketing leadership roles at Visa Inc., and began his career with business development and marketing roles at Renault and Honda.
Mr. Craddock holds a B.A. in European business and French from Nottingham Trent University.
