Heather Cole leads the Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) organization, American Express’ center of excellence for MarOps, MarTech and Servicing Communications, where she is responsible for driving marketing and servicing execution and product strategy, globally. She leads a global team of 600+ marketing solutions consultants, product developers, operations and content specialists in developing best-in-class processes and technology platforms to transform go-to-market strategies for marketing and servicing communications across the enterprise and unlock new revenue growth. As a passionate advocate for diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), she also leads the DEI Council for EDDS.
Heather has held several other marketing and strategy leadership positions at American Express, including leading the Marketing Operations function for the Global Merchant Services business, and various marketing roles supporting the Merchant, Consumer and Global Network Services businesses. She began her career in management consulting, specializing in database marketing and analytics.
Heather earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University. She is originally from Toronto, Canada, and after living in numerous cities across the U.S., Canada and Middle East, she now calls New York home.
