Adam Benaroya
Senior Director, Global Media Excellence/ Kenvue

Adam Benaroya is the Senior Director, Global Media Excellence for Kenvue, the world's largest pure-play consumer health company which separated from Johnson & Johnson in 2023.

Adam and his team lead Kenvue’s media investment strategy to drive brand growth, and develop the supporting capabilities to enable all local execution. The capabilities agenda supports innovation for key media programs (search, social/influencer, programmatic, retail media) as well as cross-functional standards (audience strategy, planning, optimization, media responsibility). He and his team lead the global media agency and media partnerships. Adam joined Johnson & Johnson in 2021.

Adam joined Johnson & Johnson from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was Head of Global Media and Performance Marketing. He led HPE’s global media program and broader digital- and data-centric COEs, including audience strategy, biddable media strategy and execution, ad/mar tech and privacy, and analytics. Adam helped transition HPE’s marketing organization to a customer-first media strategy, and launched HPE’s first centralized performance marketing practice. He joined HPE in October 2015 prior to the split from the former Hewlett-Packard to help launch the new HPE brand and its data/measurement practice.

Prior to HPE, Adam led an agency-side analytics and insights team at Mindshare NYC.
