Dawn Rodney is the chief external affairs officer at the National Park Foundation, where she advances the organization's mission by creating a critical emotional connection with the wonders and unknown stories of national parks. She oversees marketing, strategic communications, government relations, corporate and media partnerships, content creation and strategy, and brand development.
Previously, Ms. Rodney served as the chief innovation and growth officer at the National Wildlife Federation, leading and developing market-based solutions to drive the organization's impact and revenue. She also spent nearly two decades in leadership positions at National Geographic and served as a supervising producer for Animal Planet and Discovery Health at Discovery Networks.
