With over 20 years of experience in marketing leadership, Kimberly Cooper has shaped the brand presence of some of the world’s most recognized companies. Her career includes pivotal roles at Kraft Foods/Oscar Mayer, Walt Disney World, Nestlé USA, Hilton, Amazon Project Kuiper, and currently, The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. Known as an innovation catalyst, Kimberly has consistently driven impactful growth and transformative marketing strategies.
 
As Senior Vice President of Marketing at The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, Kimberly focuses on increasing brand awareness and equity, fueling revenue growth and visitation. Kimberly's strategic focus on building a compelling brand narrative helps to position the Kennedy Center as the Nation’s Cultural Center—both locally and nationally. By cultivating meaningful connections with patrons, she enhances loyalty and engagement, ensuring that more people experience the transformative power of the arts.  
 
Kimberly leads a talented team of marketing strategists, customer service experts, brand creatives, and sales professionals in creating initiatives that promote performances and reinforce The Kennedy Center's mission. 
Previously, at Amazon Project Kuiper, she led Small Business and Consumer Marketing, shaping the go-to-market strategy for the low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite broadband network to offer fast, affordable internet access to underserved communities, setting a new standard in global connectivity. At Hilton, Kimberly served as Senior Marketing Director for Global Lifestyle, Food, and Beverage Brand Marketing, crafting and executing strategies for new Lifestyle brands. Her tenure at Nestlé included an expatriate role at Nestlé’s global headquarters in Switzerland, where she led innovation and brand strategy for iconic brands like Nesquik and launched new ventures such as Glowelle and Nescafé Dolce Gusto.
 
Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Howard University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.  Kimberly’s journey reflects a passion for excellence and a commitment to making a positive impact in both business and society.
